Dethleffs signed important cooperation agreement with the provincial government in China

The opening of a new freight train route between Hamburg and Harbin enables Dethleffs a shortened exportation process to the Chinese industrial province Heilongjiang.
On the 25th of September the manufacturer of leisure vehicles from Allgäu and the high-ranking representatives from the Chinese provincial government Hei-longjiang signed a memorandum for an intensive cooperation with the logistic company Changjiu Logistics Ltd at an official reception in Hamburg. With this memorandum the company solidified the trade relation to China. This relation-ship has been getting more important for the German export markets and also for the caravanning industry.  A milestone for the improvement of transportation is the new freight train route between Hamburg and Harbin, the capital of Hei-longjiang, which was opened on the 13th of June. “This new direct connection between Germany and the granary of China enables a reduced delivery time.” said Alexander Leopold, the Managing Director of Dethleffs. “Thereby our eco-nomic relationship with the province Heilongjiang is becoming tighter and the cooperation with our importer on-site faster and easier.”
Heilongjiang is classified as an important industrial base and raw material prov-ince in the North East of China. Wang Xiankui, the Chairman of the congress of the province, emphasized during the signing of the agreement that within this cooperation Heilonjiang has a strong interest in advancing and supporting the economic relation to Germany.

“We are very happy with these new conditions.” emphasized Michael Bosch, Export Manager of Dethleffs. “We have already achieved our first success due to an order of about six millions euro.”
